I help women with persistent gut and hormonal symptoms develop digestive resilience and more predictable periods using functional testing, personalised nutrition, and nervous system support.

If you’re living with chronic bloating, IBS-type symptoms, or hormonal imbalances like PMS or irregular cycles, you may be doing everything you’re told, yet still feel stuck.
My Approach
My mission is to support women with ongoing gut and hormonal symptoms by helping them understand what’s driving their health challenges and how to support their bodies with clarity and care.
My work looks beyond symptoms alone, exploring digestive function, hormones, nutrition and the nervous system. I use functional testing alongside practical, real-life nutrition and foundational health practices to help restore balance in a way that feels sustainable and supportive.
Why I Can Help
I work with gut and hormonal health because I understand this experience personally.
In my own 20s, chronic bloating led to food anxiety, changes to my skin and cycle, and cravings that felt completely out of my control. I planned my life around my symptoms and believed this was just something I had to manage.
That experience sparked my interest in nutrition and shaped how I work today. I use functional testing to identify the root cause of ongoing symptoms, alongside foundational health practices and nervous system support, to support the body in a way that feels sustainable.
