IBS and ongoing bloating
Heavy or painful periods
Irregular cycles
PMS
Perimenopausal symptoms
Fatigue and low iron

My work is built on three pillars:
Nutrition Foundations First
Before layering supplements, I prioritise protein intake, blood sugar stability, micronutrient sufficiency and digestive support.Functional Testing for Root Cause
Where appropriate, I use functional testing (such as comprehensive stool analysis, hormone testing or SIBO breath testing) to understand what is driving symptoms rather than guessing.Nervous System Regulation
Chronic stress directly impacts digestion, ovulation and hormone balance. I always explore the role of the nervous system in symptom patterns.
This allows us to move beyond quick fixes and address why symptoms developed.
-
Yes. I prescribe practitioner-grade supplements where indicated to ensure quality, therapeutic dosing and safety. However, supplements are always secondary to foundational nutrition and lifestyle support.
-
No, If you have recent blood work from your GP, we can often start there.
If further testing is required I encourage clients to complete blood pathology through their GP where possible so it can be covered by Medicare.
If deeper investigation is needed, I can refer for additional functional testing privately.
I enjoy working collaboratively with your GP to ensure integrated care.

This depends on the complexity of your symptoms and how long they have been present.
Many women notice improvements in energy, digestion or cycle symptoms within the first 4–6 weeks when foundations are implemented consistently.
More complex gut or hormonal imbalances may require 3–6 months of structured care.

Yes.
Many women are told their results are “within range” but still experience symptoms.
Functional interpretation looks at optimal ranges rather than broad reference ranges and considers patterns across systems rather than isolated markers.
