When your gut and hormones
feel unpredictable,
it’s exhausting.

If you’re living with chronic bloating, IBS-type symptoms, or hormonal imbalances like PMS or irregular cycles, you may be doing everything you’re told, yet still feel stuck.

Food feels stressful, eating out can trigger anxiety, and your body feels unpredictable.

And quietly, you might be wondering:
“What if there isn’t actually a solution for me?”

When digestion and hormones are out of balance, it can affect far more than physical symptoms:

  • Anxiety around meals and timing

  • Avoiding certain clothes or social plans

  • Mood swings, cravings, and energy dips

  • A constant sense of managing your body instead of living in it

What most women want is simple

  • Freedom to eat out without fear.

  • Periods that come and go without pain or disruption.

  • Stable moods, steady energy, and confidence in food choices.

  • A body that feels calmer and more reliable again.

Why I can help

I work with gut and hormonal health, and I understand this experience personally.

In my own 20s, chronic bloating led to food anxiety, changes to my skin and cycle, and cravings that felt completely out of my control. I planned my life around my symptoms and believed this was just something I had to manage.

That experience sparked my interest in nutrition and shaped how I work today. I use functional testing to identify the root cause of ongoing symptoms, alongside foundational health practices and nervous system support, to support the body in a way that feels sustainable.

My approach

I take a holistic, grounded approach that looks at:

  • Gut function and digestive resilience

  • Hormonal patterns and cycle health

  • Blood sugar balance and cravings

  • Nervous system support

  • Nutrition that fits real life

If you’re tired of guessing and managing things alone,

a discovery call is a simple place to start.

My Food Philosophy

Food is foundational to good health! However, what to eat can often seem overwhelming, confusing and conflicting. Everyone has unique needs which means there is no “one size fits all” approach to nutrition.

My approach takes into consideration your unique needs, symptoms, preferences and lifestyle. My food philosophy is always grounded in the following principles:

  • Eat wholefoods.

  • Minimise food thats are highly processed with hidden ingredients (packaged foods).

  • Eat foods that support & nourish your gut.

  • Consider the source of your ingredients - both plants and animals.

  • Nutrition & nourishment is always more important than the calorie content.

  • Take time to eat & enjoy food!
