INDIVIDUAL CONSULTATIONS

Initial Consultation 75 mins - $210 

The initial consultation is a deep dive into your diet, health & symptoms. This is a comprehensive consultation to allow me to develop a holistic understanding of your health and recommend the most appropriate dietary changes, lifestyle changes and additional testing (if required) to support your health and have you feeling your best.

  • Dietary recommendations 

  • Education on foundational nutritional principles & macronutrients

  • Meal plans & recipes

  • Lifestyle recommendations 

  • Referral for further testing (if required) 

  • Personalised supplement prescription (if required) 

Follow-up Consultation 30mins - $105, 45mins - $150 or 60mins - $200


During the follow-up consultations we will review pathology results, adjust your prescription and your recommendations to ensure that your health goals are being achieved and your symptoms are improving.
